FAQs:
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Please refer to the individual product description for care instructions. Some items may be hand-wash only, particularly those with decorative finishes, to help maintain their appearance over time.
Are your products microwave or oven safe?
Microwave and oven suitability varies by product. Please check the product description before use. Items with metallic detailing are not suitable for microwave use.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day using a next-day delivery service.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day.
Cut-off times:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00pm
- Saturday: 11:00am
Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your order’s journey on the courier’s website.
How can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 28 days of your order being delivered.
To request a return, please email us at fecrauk@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
Please note that a £4.99 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover return postage costs.
Returns conditions:
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be returned in a resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund if items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to fecrauk@outlook.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
What should I do if my item(s) arrive damaged?
We take great care when packaging our products; however, in rare cases damage may occur during transit.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at fecrauk@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Details of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photos of the damage
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Delivery delays
We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes; however, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, peak periods, or public holidays.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive your goods within a reasonable timeframe. If delivery is delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at fecrauk@outlook.com. Where appropriate, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
This does not affect your legal rights.
